Location & t environment
- near metro stations Maraîchers (metro line 9), not far from Porte de Vincennes (metro line 1) and Nation (metro lines 1,2,6, 9, and RER A),
- near a few bus lines : veryè close to lines 26, 57, also not far from lines 62, 86, PC2
and very close to the so-called Coulee Verte, a sort of green belt of Paris,
the flat is both quiet and well connected to the center of Paris.
The flat is very close to an arty area of the 20th arrondissement, especially rue de Vignoles with many artists workshops and a famous restaurant : le 20eme art (word by word : the 20th art),
also the market of Place de la Reunion, one of the most interesting ones in Paris with the famous Marche d’Aligre.
Just outside the address of the flat, a very typical restaurant called le boeuf gros sel. During the sunny season it is nice to have lunch there outside.
The small park de Charonne is located right behind the flat, about 150 metres away by foot, the famous Bois de Vincennes is also not far.
The former train station located in the green belt (Coulee Verte) was renamed La Fleche d’Or (the Golden Arrow), it has become one of the most popular Indie rock places in Paris, there is also a restaurant there, it’s 5 minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment
A well distributed and stylish one bedroom furnished flat offering :
- a spacious living room with a sofa-bed, a table and chairs, shelves with books, a very good quality upright Schimmel piano, high speed access to Internet, a small TV, no neighbour facing the windows but gardens of neighbours below
- a bedroom with a double bed and an available cupboard for clothes, a TV with 6 channels
- a bathroom with a bathtub
- separate toilets across from the bathroom
- an equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, a micro-wave, a small oven, a washing machine, a sink, shelves, a table and chairs, and the usual kitchenware.
